The Chinese lunisolar calendar dates back to 3,500 years ago and is one of the most important holidays in Chinese culture. Itโ€™s also celebrated in many parts of Asia: Malaysia, Singapore, Korea, Mongolia, Indonesia as well as amongst the expat communities who have bought their culture across the seas.
