Greg’s experience extends far beyond Australia and New Zealand. Having conducted executive searches in North America, South America, Southeast Asia, and Africa, he possesses a truly global perspective on talent acquisition and leadership development.
Before transitioning into recruitment, Greg earned a degree in chemical engineering and later completed an MBA. Greg began his career researching the environmental impacts of coal combustion before progressing into leadership roles for major international engineering contractors. This technical foundation, combined with his strategic acumen, equips him with a unique approach to talent and hiring solutions making him a valuable asset to our team.
Greg has a strong track record in helping organisations build diverse senior leadership roles and drive transformational change His deep networks and industry insights will be instrumental as he focuses on key sectors, including:
